Description:
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the Eddy Merckx Corsa Extra was one of the best road frames available and was the choice of many professional teams. It dominated the peloton with its extremely well made triangle of light and stiff Columbus SLX tubes. The SLX was a "superbutted" set of Cyclex steel tubes, designed for professional use and famous for its helical reinforcements at the ends of the tubes.
Our Cosa Extra has been fitted with a complete Shimano Dura-Ace groupset and a 3ttt Cockpit. The bicycle has been checked by our expert mechanics in Munich and is read to ride!
The bike is in excellent condition. The frame has no cracks, dents or dings. The paintwork is in its original condition and has been partially refinished in small areas. All parts have been checked in our workshop and are in excellent condition.

A few years ago I caught the cycling bug.
It all started when I wanted to sell my old everyday racer because I simply didn't like it anymore.
But when I realized that it only needed cosmetic surgery, my love for my work with bicycles began.
In the meantime, I have given a new life to several bikes and helped many enthusiasts to get a good bike.
