All items are shipped from Munich, Germany, using insured carriers (DHL / DHL International) with full door-to-door tracking. Every bicycle, frame, and component is meticulously wrapped with heavy-duty protective padding and shipped in reinforced packaging to ensure safe transit.

Assembly & Transit Protection:
To ensure maximum safety during transport, bicycles are shipped partially disassembled (quick-release wheels detached, handlebars turned, pedals detached). Reassembly takes only a few minutes using standard Allen / hex keys and a 15 mm pedal wrench.
