RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) receive physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. via email) to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery type), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will carry out this reimbursement using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

RETURN SHIPPING & CONDITION

• Return Costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
• Safe Packaging: Because classic steel bicycles and frames are delicate, please ensure the item is securely packaged in a reinforced bike box with adequate padding and shipped via a tracked, insured carrier.
• International Returns (outside the EU): When shipping from non-EU countries, parcels must be clearly declared as "Returned Goods" to prevent unnecessary customs fees. Any import duties, clearance fees, or taxes incurred due to incorrect declaration will be deducted from the refund.
• Diminished Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.
